Fertility Calculators Questionnaire

Background information: Fertility calculators are tools that can help you work out the chances of having a baby, either naturally or following IVF treatment. Doctors can use them to compare you and your partner's chances of having a baby naturally together against you and your partner's chances of having a baby resulting from treatment being provided.

About the questionnaire: This questionnaire study is being conducted by researchers at the University of Aberdeen. Its aim is to explore your views of online fertility calculators even if you have no previous experience of using them. We are also looking to gain information from this questionnaire about your thoughts on a new fertility calculator called OPiS (Outcome Prediction in Subfertility) that we are planning to develop. The questionnaire should take you 5 t0 10 minutes to complete. This study has been approved by the University of Aberdeen College Ethical Review Board. Your responses will be anonymous and will never be linked to you personally. By completing this questionnaire you are giving your consent to participate in this study.
